Data Dynamics Introduces AI-Powered Zubin as a Self-Service Approach to Modern Data Management
Data Dynamics, a leader in unstructured data management solutions, has introduced an AI-powered self-service software aimed at helping organizations enhance their approaches to risk management, privacy, data sovereignty, and sustainability within their data environments.
The new software, called Zubin, is rooted in the key principles of digital trust and data democracy, helping businesses confidently navigate the evolving AI landscape with greater confidence and clarity.
Zubin pioneers a “data democracy by design” approach using a DIY (Do It Yourself) framework for data management. This approach empowers data creators with full ownership and control over their data processes. This includes the ability to discover, define, transform, and audit data through a self-service, low-code interface.
The introduction of Zubin comes at a pivotal moment as organizations grapple with the complexities of data sovereignty, ethical AI, and data privacy. Zubin allows organizations to foster digital trust and uphold principles of data democracy.
AI could contribute up to $15.7 trillion to the global economy in 2030, according to a report by PWC. While this growing demand for AI offers opportunities, it also comes with risks. Data Dynamics highlights that as 80% of enterprise data is unstructured and unmanaged, it poses significant challenges for organizations in ensuring data accuracy for AI modeling.
In response to these complexities, Zubin addresses the strategic challenge of balancing regulatory obligations, customer expectations, and the need for innovation. It creates a seamless framework that fosters accountability and coherence across the enterprise, enabling organizations to effectively manage their data while driving forward in the AI landscape.
This solution also provides a centralized data governance system combined with decentralized data control. This structure establishes an overarching governance framework while granting individual data and application owners the autonomy to manage and act on their data.
The recent high-level roundtable of business leaders, hosted by Data Dynamics and the US Consulate in Mumbai, emphasized the critical importance of data privacy and sovereignty. This discussion is particularly relevant given the rapid advancements in AI technologies, which raise significant concerns regarding data security and ethical management.
Zubin enhances standardization throughout the organization by suggesting workflows, providing detailed insights, automating processes, and ensuring security through role-based access control measures.
“At Data Dynamics, we approach data with the highest level of respect – ensuring that every byte is managed responsibly and that ownership is returned to those who create it, ” said Piyush Mehta, CEO of Data Dynamics.
“Zubin embodies this philosophy, it fosters a culture of ownership and accountability, placing the power of data management directly in the hands of users. Zubin is THE strategic enabler of digital trust, data sovereignty, and data democracy, guiding organizations through the complexities of this AI age with confidence and clarity.”
According to Mehta, in today’s AI-driven landscape, ensuring transparency in data management is essential for building digital trust between businesses and their customers.
Founded in 2012, Data Dynamics has over 300 global customers, including 25% of Fortune 20 across various sections such as healthcare, banking, government, and manufacturing.
The New Jersey-based company has recently expanded into India by launching the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Pune. This new facility will serve as the company’s regional headquarters, spearheading innovation in data management and enhancing its product development efforts.
Data Dynamics also plans on expanding its team by hiring recruiting programmers, AI architects, and data engineers dedicated to advancing Zubin and its related product line.
